Join us for What is ‘a working life’? Changing the story with people aged over 65, a pair of interactive workshops exploring how older people continue to work, contribute, and learn after traditional retirement age. This event will draw on findings from the Leverhulme Trust-funded project: , which challenges the idea that work ends with paid employment.
Working with community partners in both Stonehouse (²ÝùÊÓƵ) and Millbrook (Cornwall), the workshops will be shaped by local groups and focus on the experiences of older people, including volunteering, caring, and other forms of unpaid work. Participants will take part in creative activities, discussions, and knowledge sharing that highlight the ongoing value of work and learning in later life.
